Jack Straw's out of the FO. Looks like a lot more changes are on the cards. Reid for the Foreign Office? Hoon is now Europe Minister, a Cabinet position.

Charlie's on the radio - boy, does he sound pissed off at the Ringmaster's decision to axe the elephant act at the circus.
