The one I know, told me by my Aged Mother, goes:

An RSM from a Scottish regiment goes into an Edinburgh tailor's and puts a torn condom on the counter. The tailor, rather surprised, asks him what he expects him to do with it, to which the RSM replies.

'Can ye stitch it up again, man?'

'Er, Yes', replies the tailor, rather nonplussed.
