Bad Timing, bad luck. Yesterday David Cameron was wandering around Manchester making some interesting observations about gun crime and a long term strategy to resolve the issue.
But this was overshadowed by a photo of an vicious thug hovering in the background making threatening shooting gestures behind his back.
