According to Mr Coll's notes: "At the end of the conversation Mr Wolfowitz became increasingly agitated and said that he was 'tired of people ... attacking him' and 'you should get your friends to stop it'. Mr Wolfowitz said, 'If they fuck me or Shaha, I have enough on them to fuck them too'," naming several senior bank staff he felt were vulnerable. - source

I think we should launch a campaign to keep Wolfowitz as head of The Bank. He's done more to undermine its credibility and 'moral authority' than any number of critical, public campaigns. Under Wolfowitz the Bank's expensively constructed patina of respectablity is rapidly eroding, laying bare the brutal cess-pool of vanity and corruption that lies at the institution's rotten heart. And he's leaving behind a flow of toxic effluent that even Burson-Marsteller will find impossible to dispose of.
Let's hope Wolfowitz is a man of his word. If he is then we can look forward to an orgy of corporate bloodletting at The Bank, with a trail of shattered reputations and broken careers leading right back to the neo-con infested, inner circles of the Pentagon. So come on Wolfowitz, fuck 'em all. Personally, I can't wait..
