Is Justin having trouble
Is Justin having trouble too? Can't get Chicken Yoghurt right now...
If Bush and his thugs do
If Bush and his thugs do decide to cancel the 2008 election and declared a state of emergency you might find that they will take the internet out/down (they have the means and yes it can be done) and use the excuse thats it`s being used by terrorists etc. Nothing would surprise me after the last 28 years.
Is Justin having trouble
Appears to have been AWOL for a few days, but I haven't heard anything.
CDO’s, CMO's, ARM's
CDO’s, CMO's, ARM's sub-prime US home mortgage debt... bored yet? But all this seems to have gotten a lot more interesting lately, it seems that the banks that bought all these products forgot to ask where the physical mortgages actually reside (no one seems to know). That's right, in their rapaciousness they didn't ask and now we have this:
"Deutsche Bank’s US subsidiary was seeking to take possession of 14 homes from Cleveland residents living in them, in order to claim the assets."
"The Judge asked DB to show documents proving legal title to the 14 homes. DB could not."
The banks have been happily tossing residents out of their homes for a while but it seems that no one had challenged them until now. The possible consequences are all here The Financial Tsunami and are quite frankly astonishing. Some part of me thinks this is a spoof but I have learnt to be afraid :)
Is Justin having trouble
Chicken Yoghurt sometimes gets hit by spam bots which cause the site to exceed its bandwidth. Mind you, I think this is the longest time Justin's site has been down. Hopefully he'll be back soon.
