Jurist worried that Bush order tainted work of secret panel
Even those who live in the shadows can no longer stomach Dubya, as witness this judge for the surveillance court who just resigned in protest. However, this is a court that meets secretly with no appeal allowed of their decisions, and they virtually always grant whatever the government wants. So, I say, a pox on both their houses.
They all need to be dragged into the sunlight.
